Detection of Enterobacter Sakazaii in whole milk and dairy products.

 

ISO/PFR TS Method

1. Enrichment. Add x g sample to 9 x mL BPW. Incubating the bacilli for 18±2 hours at 37±1 .
2. Selective enrichment. Add 0.1 ml bacilli to 10 ml mLST Broth, then, incubate it for 24±2 hours at 45±

3. Isolation. Inoculate 10μl bacilli from 2 to ESIA agar plate, then, incubate it for 24±2 hours at 44±

4. Result report.

ESIA/ESSB Method

1. Enrichment. Add x g sample to 9 x mL ESSB Broth. Incubating the bacilli for 24±2 hours at 37±1 .
2. Isolation. Inoculate 10μl bacilli from 1 to ESIA agar plate, then, incubate it for 21±3 hours at 44±
1 .

3. Result report.
